Who We Are
Ferg & Co is the result of a vision that our founder, Rory Lomas had at around age seven. When helping his chef mother prepare for events and cookery demonstrations, he started to appreciate the value that drinks add to an event. A stickler for the small details, on one occasion when being dropped off for school, Rory promptly reminded his mother to put the wine in the fridge so that it would be adequately chilled for her evening class. Thus began his quest to serve the perfect pour.


Once he was legally old enough to serve in an occupational capacity, Rory headed off to the bright lights of London where he worked beneath legendary bartender Ryan Chetiwardana, also known as Mr Lyan. Here, he was able to learn from a master of mixology and hone his craft. It wasn’t long before the call of the Cheshire countryside beckoned him back, which brings us to this chapter of Ferg & Co.



Our name comes from Rory’s other great love in life, his 1951 Ferguson TED20. Dependable, iconic and always offering a good time, Ferg embodies everything we strive to provide at each event. Since launching in 2019, we’ve formed valued relationships with local suppliers, built up a skilled team and been lucky enough to work all over the United Kingdom, providing mobile bar services everywhere from balmy Devon to scenic Scotland.
